French lessons · Online, 1-to-1 and small groups

French that works for your life, your career and your exam.

I teach adults to speak, write and test in French, from a first bonjour to DELF, DALF and TCF exam day. Lessons are live, online and built around your goal.

About me

I learned French for work. I teach it the same way.

I hold a Master's in Literature, Philology and Linguistics from Université Paris-Sorbonne (Paris IV), and a diploma in teaching French as a foreign language (FLE) from the CUEF of Université Stendhal Grenoble III. That training means I can explain why French works the way it does, not just the rules.

For more than a decade at PROPARCO, part of AFD Group, French was my working language: emails to headquarters in Paris, reports, meetings and negotiations with partners. I know what it takes to use French when the stakes are real.

Since 2017 I have also advised clients on Canadian immigration, where French test scores can change the outcome of an application. I know what TCF examiners reward, and how busy adults with a deadline learn best.

Before you book

I have never studied French. Can I still start?

Yes. The Beginners course assumes no knowledge at all, and lessons are explained in English until you're ready for more French.

How long does it take to reach B2?

It depends on your starting point and study time. Most adult beginners need several hundred guided hours. Your level check will give you a realistic estimate.

Where do lessons happen?

Online, on Zoom or Google Meet. You need a laptop or tablet, headphones and a stable connection.

Do you help with TCF Canada for Express Entry?

Yes. Coaching is built around the NCLC level you need, and I understand how French scores fit into an immigration application.

Can my employer pay?

Yes. Professional French packages can be invoiced directly to your company.
