About Temisan Akerewusi
A life can change direction without losing its meaning.

I did not set out to write in four different categories. I set out to understand the decisions women carry quietly: how to build financial security, whether to move countries, how to begin again, and whether love can meet us without requiring us to become smaller.
My working life taught me to value systems, clarity and the details that make ambitious plans real. For more than a decade at PROPARCO, the private-sector financing arm of AFD Group, I led administrative and financial operations, coordinated across borders, managed budgets and reporting, supported governance, and helped complex work move with discipline. My education in international management, language and literature taught me something equally important: numbers explain part of a life, but stories explain the rest.
Today, I bring those two worlds together. I write practical books that help readers think more clearly and fiction that lets them feel their way into possibility. Whether I am writing about wealth, Canadian permanent residency or a love that crosses latitude, I am always writing about agency.
What I Believe
- A woman does not have to wait for perfect circumstances before she begins.
- Clarity is more useful than pressure.
- Money is a tool for choice, not a measure of worth.
- Migration should be approached with information, patience and honest assessment.
- Love is not freedom if it requires self-erasure.
- Reinvention is not failure. It is evidence that we are still paying attention.
If you are building a wealthier life, considering a bigger world, opening your heart again or simply asking what comes next, welcome. You are not behind. You are at the point where a different chapter becomes possible.
